Residential Real Estate Appraiser

I began training as an appraiser on June 3, 1986 after working in the banking and credit field. After my first house inspection and report, I knew that this was what I wanted to do . I majored in accounting in college and appraising gave a problem-solving avenue that I enjoy. Through experience with clients involving financial institution and private parties, I have dealt with challenging jobs which have expanded my knowledge. After 36 years of appraising I still love what I do and enter each new assignment with the mindset to be the best I can be.
